Micromax has always been competitive in bringing innovative mobiles in the Indian market and so came the latest effort of Google and micromax combined Canvas A1, low spec device with beauty of Micromax and powers of Google. The A1 came with a small but powerful 4.5 inches display with resolution of 480 * 854 pixels which guarded the chipset of Mediatek MT6582 along with the quad core of cortex A7 and Mali 400MP2 boosting at 1.3 GHz.
The space this device brought with it was 4GB of memory and 1GB of RAM. Giving the average specs this device maintained its quality in camera part too, bringing 5MP of back and the 2MP of front shot it makes camera one of the best features to buy this device.

PRE ROOT REQUIREMENTS:
- So rooting our A1 is easier but we don’t want anything to happen to our data do we? So it is better to take precaution rather than feel bad about losing our data so take a proper back up and proceed once done.
- Now that you are ready to rock just one precaution left which is feed your battery too so that once the device starts the process it can sustain it! So charge your battery with at least 75%.
- Now before proceeding check if your computer has .NET 4.0 installed on it and if not then you can install it.
- To let the device work completely with the toolkit, we need to enable the debugging option on our device which will be available on the settings menu.
Step For rooting Micromax canvas A1
Step 1 : So to start the process on our device we need the toolkit of our A1 and so download it on your computer, this toolkit is the key ingredient in our today’s A1 rooting recipe.
Step 2 : Once downloaded you have to open the toolkit and in there on the top right corner you will find a button which says install drivers, click on it which will search and install the required drivers for your device.

Step 6 : After completion of rooting go and normally re start your device after removing it from the computer.
Step 7 : After restarting of A1 your device will be all ready for awesomeness! If you find a new root manager installed on your device then it is all done but if you don’t have any app installed then you can and download SuperSu app which will manage all the root authentication for you.
