Method 1: How to Root LG G3 Using Root Genius
PRE ROOT REQUIREMENTS:
- Please turn-off your Computer antivirus as it may in some cases be the reason for failure in rooting process.
- Keep your device battery above 75% so that you don’t run out of juice while in middle of the process.
HOW TO root LG G3 smartphone:
Step 1 : First of all download and install the suitable drivers for your device so that the phone can properly connect with the computer.
Step 2 : Now you have to enable the USB Debugging option by going into the settings >> Developer Options >> USB Debugging >> Enable it. (If you don’t find the developer options then please go to settings >> about phone >> Build number and click on it until you see a message that says you are now a developer. And then follow the above steps).
Step 3 : Now in order to root your device you have to download the Root Genius software for your computer and install it.
Step 4 : So, after successfully installing Root Genius application open it and connect your galaxy grand device to the computer using the USB cable.
Step 5 : Once you have connected it and the USB Debugging is on, then the Root Genius will automatically identify your device name and model number.
Step 6 : Well you are almost there, now once it recognizes successfully you just have to click on the root it button that you see in the application.
Step 7 : By doing this the application will automatically root your device and install an app called king user to monitor the root permissions.
Step 8 : This will take some time and when it’s finished you will have a Rooted LG G3device ready for best in class performance and tweaks.
Method 2: HOW TO Root LG G3 Using iRoot method
Step 1 : Download the iRoot software for FREE from internet and once you have downloaded the software install and run it.
Step 2 : In order to allow it to connect to your device you have to allow USB Debugging by going into Settings – Applications – Development – USB Debugging and click on the check box. (ALSO IN SOME CASES ALLOW THE MASS STORAGE OPTION TO COPY FILES).
Step 3 : After allowing the USB Debugging connect your phone using the USB Cable and click on the button that says connect device.
Step 4 : Once it has connected and identified your device, you will be able to see the name and model number of your device.
Step 5 : Once it recognizes you hit the root button and sit back and relax let it perform its tasks.
Step 6 : While the procedure is going on a pop-up window will show up in your device just accept the terms and allow it the permissions it asks.
Step 7 : Once it’s done it will reboot your device and on the computer screen you can now see the message which says rooting successful.
Step 8 : Remove the cable once it’s successful and now you will find three apps one of them would be Chinese one would be super cleaner and third will be superUser, don’t worry if you at first see everything in Chinese in one or two usage it will be translated into English.
Method 3: How to root LG G3 Using TowelRoot Method
Step 1 : Keep Your LG G3 battery at least 75% or above.
Step 2 : Download the TowelRoot v3 or TowelRoot v1 Application on your device. If it’s in zip file then extract the apk file.
Step 3 : You need to allow the unknown sources installation from your settings – settings – unknown sources – tick on it.
Step 4 : Install the application and click on install anyway if you get prompt message while installation.
Step 5 : Once you installed it successfully, open the app and click on the make it ra1n button to start the root process.
Step 6 : Done! Your phone will reboot on its own when the process is completed.
Step 7 : Now to check whether the root is successful or not and to manage root permissions you can download SuperSU app.
Method 4: How to Root LG G3 Using Stump Root Method
Step 1 : Stump root is a third party application which means you won’t be able to get your hands on it from the play store so in order to download the application just visit this StumpRoot link.
Step 2 : After you have downloaded the application you need to first allow the unknown source installation on your device if you haven’t already and to do so you need to go to the settings – security – scroll down and click on the unknown source button.
Step 3 : Now install the application and avoid the prompt message if you get any by clicking on the install anyway button.
Step 4 : Open the application – Click on Grind Button and allow it to root your LG G3 Device.
Step 5 : After the process is completed Reboot your device and re open the app where you will find a message that says device is now rooted.
